Supreme court
We have been catering to Supreme Court through our various services like preparation and filing of all kinds of writs, taking up civil and criminal appeals, and addressing cases related to SLPs in the fields of civil and criminal law. We help provide our clients with complete high court support through attention to detail and a complete understanding of the law in every case we undertake.
High Courts
Our High Court services include dealing with all kinds of writ petitions, that is on tenders, mining, education, and so many more besides drafting counters, replies, and stay petitions. We deal with the civil matters that comprise first and second appeals, and civil miscellaneous petitions and also have provided the same with a certain degree of expertise in motor vehicle claim appeals. In criminal cases, we appear for the appellants, we handle appeals, revisions, bail applications, SOS petitions, and so forth.
Lower Courts
At the lower courts, our support includes drafting plaints, written statements, and petitions for limitation, exemption and time for all forms of civil suits. We also handle cases concerning injunction and status quo petitions. For criminal cases, we take care of NI Act matters-drafting of demand notices, complaint petitions, evidence, and counter rebuttals-in addition to handling vigilance cases under the PC Act and several bail applications and bonds. Tribunals
